I have used Elico Heating and Cooling on two separate occasions. The first was to install a mini-split. Excellent communication, work, and follow-up. I’ve had no issues. The second was recently when another HVAC company did an inspection of our air conditioner system. An issue popped up (on a two year old AC) and they quoted a price to fix it. It was over $400 for a 15 minute fix. I called Elico for a second opinion. The technician inspected the AC and said he didn’t see an issue. I was mad, but grateful for the honesty and integrity Elico has in working with their customers. I’ll call them next time I have an issue.

Chris was able to come to our house within an hour of me calling the office. He was polite, answered all of our questions, and was able to fix our problem so that we could have cold air again. Prices were reasonable. We will be using this company when it comes time to replace our unit.
