Maintenance Plan

We have been using Elico Heating & Cooling for 3 years now and have been very pleased with their service. They seem to be very honest and haven’t tried to suggest any repair that wasn’t needed. We had a couple of issues that they resolved in a timely manner.  We will continue to use them for all of our HVAC related needs. Today we had the pleasure of Andrew performing our scheduled maintenance and he was also very thorough. No complaints so far!! Highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Elico Heating & Cooling is an amazing company and is my go-to for all of my real estate clients HVAC needs. I’ve also used them myself in the past when having issues with my air conditioner. After someone came to do the fall service on our furnace the technician talked my husband into replacing our furnace even though it was working. I called Elico for a second opinion. Chris, Elico's technician, explained to me how the furnace and the humidifier worked. He showed me how to change the filters. The best news of all we don't have to replace our furnace at this point. I appreciated receiving an honest review of our furnace and how it is working. I look forward to having Chris become our new furnace technician.

Elico Heating and Cooling came on short notice to help us out at the Dunes Arts Foundation.  Their technician was on time and went through a methodical process of elimination to track down a bare wire that was causing the circuit fault.  The repair was very reasonably priced and came quickly at a crucial time for us.  Very much appreciated.

We had Elico come out to do a small job. After a part was missing and a gas line happened to be in the way, the job got a little bigger. James, Chris and the gang were flexible and returned within a few days and got the job done. Very professional, on time and cleaned up! We couldn’t ask for more! I think we’ve found our HVAC vendor! Elico could use a little more knowledge in the office. On a couple of occasions, office staff had the techs going to the wrong address! Overall, 5 stars!!!
